Returns & Exchanges
As each piece is carefully selected and packed with attention, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This helps us maintain the quality and condition of every product we send to our customers.
However, returns or replacements will be accepted only in the following cases:
- You have received a damaged product
- You have received an incorrect item
Requests based on change of mind, colour preference, styling expectations, fabric feel, or minor variations in appearance will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Colour & Product Appearance
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to:
- fabric dyeing process
- natural lighting during photography
- screen brightness and display settings across devices
Such minor variations are considered normal and are not treated as defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Item Received
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@houseoffab.in with:
- Order number
- Name
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.
Unboxing Video Recommendation
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your parcel.
This helps us verify any transit damage or product discrepancy claims quickly and enables faster resolution.
Resolution & Refund Process
Once we review and approve your request, we will offer one of the following resolutions depending on product availability and the nature of the issue:
• Replacement of the product, if the same item is available in stock
• Full refund to the original payment method, if a replacement is not possible
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact to be considered for review.
- Requests raised after 3 days from delivery will not be accepted.
- Products purchased during sale periods, discounts, or promotional offers are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or incorrect.
- House of Fab reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions.
